If you select Payroll, you may optionally identify your payroll system. When you inquire about a pricing package, the form may include the selected package with your inquiry.

We use WordPress and Elementor to operate the website and process submissions. Our hosting, security and email services process information needed to operate and protect the website and deliver messages. Our information inbox is hosted through Microsoft Exchange.
Website and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times, in operational logs. Essential website features may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some website functions.
Our owners and web developer can access inquiries stored on the website. Currently, only our owners have access to the information inbox. Our owners handle requests to access, correct or delete inquiry information.
Our retention policy is to delete each website inquiry and each inquiry email after one year, measured from the date it was received. Later correspondence does not restart that period for an earlier inquiry or email. Our owners and the person responsible for operating the website carry out deletion.
We do not currently use website inquiries for marketing. The website does not currently offer a marketing subscription or marketing opt-in or opt-out program.
Selecting “Choose a time” takes you to Calendly to book a meeting. We receive booking notifications by email. Information entered in Calendly is handled through its scheduling service. Review the privacy information presented by Calendly when booking.
